Dave Harris and Grant Cooper took to the road and travelled to Townsville for the North Queensland IOM Titles. The Townsville Club doesn't sail IOM's but to ensure there is a NQ event, all the members pitch in to host the event.Skippers have travelled from the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Mackay and the Whitsundays to create a 16 boat strong fleet. It wasn't long for the cream to rise to the top with the eventual winner being the evergreen Mal Kampe.1st M. Kampe Paradise Radio Yacht Club = 79 points2nd R.
